What are our requirements?

• Experience – Have 2 years of paid cleaning experience, preferably in residential or hotel cleaning. (Minimal or no experience will not be considered at this time. Cleaning your own home does not count.)
• Transportation – Must have your own transportation to commute to the cleanings.
• Supplies – You’ll provide all the cleaning supplies for the job. This includes a vacuum cleaner, Swifter, disinfectants, liquids, sprays, rags, cloths, etc.
• Communication – Good understanding of written and spoken English.
• Technology – Must know how to use a smartphone including Google Maps and checking emails.
• Pride & Professionalism – In your cleaning and how you handle the clients.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S and pass a background check.*

Your Responsibilities:

• Commitment – Once you confirm a job you show up on time and complete the entire task. (Tasks include wiping down surfaces, cleaning bathroom fixtures, removing the trash, cleaning floors, among other tasks.)
• Self Management – Be efficient in your cleaning and time.
• Communication – Be proactive if there are any problems or concerns, as you will be working independently most of the day.
• WOW the clients – Providing a fantastic cleaning experience to each and every Lazy Susans client.*

Lazy Susans Cleaning Service is one of the fastest growing cleaning companies in New York City that connects our house cleaners and happy customers across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. We specialize in apartment maid service cleaning (one time or recurring), office and commercial cleaning, end of lease deep cleaning, post construction cleaning, floor cleaning, janitorial services and short-term Airbnb cleaning. Our clients are either one time, recurring or short-term rentals (Airbnb). These cleans are like turning over a hotel room so we wash linens, manage supplies etc. Weekend work available also.

We are currently looking for experienced residential or commercial cleaners ONLY to join our growing team of housekeepers and office maids. All cleaning jobs are released via automated scheduling system developed for Lazy Susans and supported with a state of the art, Ap.
